    As an HR professional I’ve had the opportunity to dabble in a few different HR/Payroll management systems; Rippling is BY FAR the worst of the worst.
    -The system is over simplified for state unemployment claims, it is nearly impossible to print off the termination details with the employees name in the window.
    -Toggling between tabs is nonexistent, if you need to print multiple check stubs for an employee be prepared to do a lot of extra work.
    -Reports are lack luster, customizing reports is even worse.
    -Customer services is provided through email ONLY and response times are SLOW.
    -Termination of services is painful and process time is over a month.
    -And last but certainly not least, they failed to report and pay applicable state withholdings and UIA taxes. Our company is now responsible for interest and penalties. Rippling has yet to respond to the email sent weeks ago with proof of non payment and requests for where the money withheld from Rippling my be. (They told me that it would be one business day, that they were ‘directing my request up the chain.’)

    Whatever you do, do not use Rippling, there are many far better options.
