BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Poor support: SureThing labeled 7 software would not work on my Windows10 computer with LightScribe CD/DVD, despite their assertion said software to the contrary.
Following is a CUT AND PASTE from the SureThing Support Team (email dated March 25, 2022; 2:02pm) where they inform me they can do nothing further…even offer a refund for their software that did not work. See below…
“Some people are successful getting it installed and working on Windows 10 while others can’t get it to work at all. We don’t have the secret for getting it to work. But we do know that on a system with LSS working, Disc Labeler 6 & 7 can produce nice looking LightScribe discs.
Sorry we can’t be of more help!”
