HealthData Archiver Review

HealthData Archiver developed by Harmony Healthcare IT is a cloud-based, HIPAA compliant data storage solution. The system is designed to migrate protected health information (PHI) from legacy software applications and paper records into a database to enable compliance with retention requirements. It is also possible to scan and digitize paper and graphic documents for inclusion in the centralized database. All data is indexed and can be searched by patient account, name, social security number and original data source. User access can be restricted through segmentation and authorization checks. All access and activities are tracked for control and users can add notes to document the reasons for which records were accessed.
