SimpleSpa is a cloud-based salon and spa management software that allows users to manage clients, appointments, staff schedules, payments, discounts, expenses, and more. The system is designed for businesses of any size and includes an integrated point-of-sale (POS) system, online booking buttons, and credit card processing features.
SimpleSpa offers each business its own booking page where clients can book an appointment online, and users can also embed a “Book Now” button on their website. Clients are automatically sent booking confirmation emails with a link to add the appointment to their personal calendar. Customizable reminders can be sent via email or SMS to reduce no-shows, and appointments are color-coded on the calendar based on their status. Multiple appointments can be booked for a single client, with automatic consolidation into a single transaction at checkout.
