KanbanFlow is an agile project management solution by CodeKick, based in the cloud, enabling real-time collaboration among users and colleagues. It utilizes Kanban boards to provide an overview of the current work situation and improve overall communication and effectiveness. Users can divide the board into teams, products, and business areas to manage tasks.
The solution offers real-time collaboration, displaying all board changes to all team members. It incorporates the “Pomodoro” technique for task time tracking. The time report allows users to filter and group recorded time data. It provides calendar feeds for external calendars like Outlook and Google Calendar. Users can add tasks via email and import/export files in Excel format. It offers cumulative flow, cycle, and lead-time charts for analysis and reporting.

KANBANFLOW – FEATURES
- Custom Workflow: the Kanban board is divided into columns. A quick glance at the board gives you an excellent overview of your current work situation. You can customize columns to match your preferred work style.
- WIP Limits: to prevent bottlenecks in the process, you can limit the number of tasks in a specific column. This encourages completing tasks before starting new ones, reducing multitasking and increasing focus and productivity.
- Subtasks: breaking down tasks into subtasks makes progress tracking easier. When a subtask is completed, you can simply check it off on the board.
- Swimlanes: gain a better view of your tasks by adding horizontal lanes to your Kanban board. Divide your board into teams, products, business areas, or other categories.
- Recurring Tasks: if you perform the same type of task weekly or monthly, mark it as recurring, specify the frequency, and a new copy will be created upon completion.
- Relationships: establish relationships between tasks, even across boards, to indicate their correlation or dependency. For example, this allows you to have a high-level portfolio board and link team board tasks to it.
- View Completed Tasks by Date: when you move tasks to “Done,” they are grouped based on their completion date. You can easily see the work completed in the past week. No manual archiving is required, and by default, only the 20 most recent tasks are displayed.
- Documents and File Attachments: attach documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other files to your tasks. Attach files directly from your computer or from Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Box.
- Timer: track the time you spend on tasks. Use the Pomodoro technique to enhance your productivity, encouraging focused work in 25-minute intervals separated by short breaks. If you prefer a less rigid approach, you can use a simple Stopwatch timer or manually record time.
- Time Tracking Report: understand how time is spent on various tasks. Keep track of your time or review what your team members have worked on. Customize the report by filtering and grouping recorded time data in various ways.
- Pomodoro Statistics: monitor how your concentration improves using the Pomodoro technique. Identify what types of interruptions impact productivity. Use this information to adapt your work process.
- Cumulative Flow: the cumulative flow chart shows how many tasks are in different columns over time. Use this chart to analyze your workflow and identify bottlenecks.
- Cycle and Lead Time: the Cycle/Lead Time chart displays how long tasks take to move between different workflow columns. Use it to see if you’re becoming faster or slower in delivering value to your customers.
- Burndown: the Burndown chart shows how many tasks remain to be completed. Track progress over time and predict when all work will be finished.
- Calendar: get an overview of your task deadlines with the calendar view. Filter by user, color, labels, or lanes. You can also display dates in your external calendar by subscribing to a feed.
- Dashboard: The dashboard can display information from multiple boards on a single page. Design your dashboard by adding widgets. Specify board settings, columns, filters, and tasks for each widget.
