Project Central is a cloud-based software designed to help teams using Microsoft Office 365 plan, organize, and track projects. The centralized dashboard allows managers to assign tasks to team members and set real-time deadlines. They can monitor the progress of ongoing tasks through status updates and obtain detailed insights into employee performance. The task management module allows professionals to add relevant information, links, corresponding documents, assignees, and additional comments on various tasks. Project Central also allows employees to record changes to project statuses, completion reports, tags, and other attributes, improving organizational transparency.

• Easily add team members to a project, no need to create new profiles or unique logins.
• Collaborate in Microsoft Teams with a native app. Keep all project information, conversations, and meetings in one place for complete visibility.
• Connect a project to a SharePoint Online document library for collaborative work on files and deliverables. Use permissions in the SharePoint library to control access to project documents.
• Users can attach the entire document library or a specific folder to the project. Project files remain in the SharePoint environment.
• Link the task list directly to the Outlook calendar. Never miss a deadline or a reminder for a customer check-in.
• Gantt charts provide a comprehensive view of your project timeline, tasks to be completed, and how they all fit together.
• Ensure that tasks and team members are scheduled in the right order to maximize efficiency and distribute the work evenly.
• Quickly adjust the duration of a task by dragging start or end dates or move the task to keep the entire project on schedule.
• View a project’s information summary at a glance on Project Cards.
