WebSuite2 is a cloud-based association management solution that enables committee management, membership administration, membership finance, Web site administration within a suite and provides a portal for members and their organization. The product is designed for nonprofit professional and trade associations and association management companies.
It allows users to build websites using predefined templates. Users can also add news, photos, PDFs, calendars and jobs to the website by uploading them to the portal. The product also offers a WYSIWYG editor, which allows users to publish website contents directly from the integrated CMS. WebSuite2 features a central member database with fixed fields such as name, contact information and address. Users can customize member profiles by adding additional fields.

• Membership dues processing: you can easily create merge invoices and track payments for your membership billing cycle, whether anniversary or annual basis. Payment plans and recurring billing options are also available.
• Online payments: accept real-time credit card payments securely using Authorize.net or PayPal. ACH and payment by check are also available. All invoice and payment history details are accessible from any Contact record.
• Email marketing broadcasting: create and send personalized email messages using Contact data fields and track deliverability and history for up to 18 months. No separate email list to upload and manage.
• Classified ads and job openings: generate lists of classified ads and job opportunities on your website with automatic expiration dates. A great way to add member value and generate additional revenue too.
• Continuing education tracking: easily track various Continuing Education types and areas, hours/credits, approval numbers and expiration dates; generate CE Transcripts or allow members to login and print their own transcripts.
