Fullbay is a cloud-based application that supports and manages the activities of repair shops for cars and heavy vehicles. The solution allows technicians, customers and managers to remain involved throughout the repair process, even outside the shop. Fullbay allows customers to submit repair or maintenance requests, view maintenance history, adjust invoice payments and approve any job through a branded portal. The application allows managers to accurately create invoices and send them via email to customers from QuickBooks Online for document storage. The program is compatible with Android and iOS. In addition, the software allows owners to track important technician information and create real-time reports that present metrics to show performance.

If you have a basic shop with no complexities, it is not that bad. If you have more than one shop or need customer service help, that’s another whole thing. Many of their reps have no idea what they are talking about and don’t really understand the program. They “fix” something and it “breaks” 4 more things. We have used FullBay for several years. I would not recommend it. Make sure your understand what you are getting into, because changing is not that easy.
