• Access Control: access rights can be applied to any content element within the CMS application. Content can be made fully accessible, read-only, or hidden within the CMS client. Component and item-level permissions can also be applied to protect parts of a web page. External access rights can also be applied to content to require login or authentication on the active website to view gated information.
• Content Moderation: comments on posts and pages are moderated using a dashboard. Content can be flagged as inappropriate for each comment block. Comments can be reviewed and approved on an ad-hoc or bulk basis.
• Custom Client Views: configure the CMS client software with features and views for each of your user groups. Drag-and-select customization tools allow you to define menus, available functions, view editing, and other options.
• Find and Replace: it offers a “Find and Replace” function capable of updating values across one of many content objects. Additionally, components, images, and other resource references can be replaced automatically.
• Reporting: it provides a comprehensive reporting interface. The CMS comes with a complete set of content management reports. Custom reports can be created within the software. Reports can be scheduled to run automatically. Data can be exported as CSV or Microsoft Excel files.
