Vision6 is NOT a straightforward, quick and feature-rich marketing solution. It is not user friendly and any feedback or requests are NOT taken seriously and the developers will keep telling you your a request is a priority but 2 years later no progress is made. If you accidentally delete a message and want it back – they want to charge you $30 EACH. An undo button would be easier. If you want to clean up your account and bulk delete messages – NO CAN DO. You have to select the message, click on the button, select delete, wait 3 seconds for the “GO” button to become available…. prepare for 2 days of lost time deleting 500 messages, one by one.

Firstly thanks for your honest feedback about our product, you’re certainly not alone with your thoughts and over the past year, we worked hard to resolve many of the challenges that you mentioned in your comments.
Specifically, we built the ability to restore previous versions of your email if you saved in error and also built tools for our support team to help customers very easily restore deleted messages.
Bulk actions have always been a gripe of mine in that there are parts of our product that do now allow bulk deleting of content. Messages, however, we have updated the functionality to allow you to bulk delete which is a very big time saver, especially if you’re clearing out old messages.
We take customer feedback seriously and I’d like to welcome you back to Vision6 any time and I’ll be more than happy to walk you through some of the changes we have made over the past 12 months.
