Despite the claims this service do, results are very poor. We bought a large package from them to clear our whole database and after all the verification, we experienced 34% of emails bounced permanently. Very disappointing.
We finally switched to ZeroBounce and got rid of dirty emails.

This tool does a really good job and is fairly priced. It’s the first time I’ve tried services like this so I don’t have a comparison. That said, it’s a huge time-saver and easy to use. But what stands out for me most is the excellent customer support. I had an issue with a report download which ended up being my fault. I thought at 7:30 am I would not hear back from the support desk for some time. A polite guy named Kevin pinged me back almost instantly. I couldn’t believe how fast the response time was. He quickly figured out the problem and got me up running again. The exchange was extremely refreshing in these days of poor to mediocre service. I was extremely pleased with the outcome!
