ParentSquare is a cloud-based communication tool that helps educational institutions streamline operations related to emergency notifications, parent-teacher conferences and volunteer sign-ups on a centralized platform. It also comes with a built-in library of message templates, allowing users to quickly send alerts during emergencies, such as lockdowns, accidents, intruders, severe weather, and more.
ParentSquare allows admins to provide regular updates to parents via text messages and initiate voice calls in case of failed deliveries. It provides a portal for parents to add and update basic contact details, access student report cards, set alert preferences, and sign up for volunteering. In addition, users can send emergency alerts to parents on all registered communication channels, including text messages, in-app notifications, voice calls, and school websites.
