Awful, completely awful. I have never before in my life seen a system that the owner could not update the inventory without some sort of barcode scanner. Inventory has been off for years and it is almost impossible to get it right, it was not entered correctly to begin with and has been wrong ever since and it’s hard to fix it because we get shipments and we already have orders that need to go out before things even get scanned. We cant add them to the inventory because there’s no barcode to scan they’re gone and updating the inventory without code or the scanners is literally impossible. Management had decided not to buy scanners each code has to be put in manually. Stupid just stupid.
