Viewpoint is a cloud-based, timeshare management software designed to help owners manage the facility, payments, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and more. Administrators can access the reports library to get accurate information on resort activities and export them to CSV, PDF or Microsoft Excel formats.
Using the program, timeshare companies can manage account details, contracts and records for one or more homeowners associations (HOAs) on a unified platform. Resorts can reassign work logs when staff members are no longer available, customize CRM data fields, and track or control data changes through owner details. Vacation rentals can also offer early payment discounts, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and collect maintenance or management fees in multiple currencies.
