Merkato‘s main features include price management, a cost database, finance management, guided sales and sales forecasting. Sales teams can embed views on product websites using drag and drop capabilities to provide additional information to buyers. It allows managers to grant role-based permissions to different groups of agents and suppliers to manage permissions in workflows.
