JobPower provides contractors with complete accounting software for construction and document management aimed above all for the administration of labor costs. The software combines power and ease of use with specific features for construction and contractors, such as AIA billing, certified payroll, budgets, actual reports and much more. The dashboard provides users with a visual and numerical overview of jobs, debts, credits and financial information. Contractors can track change orders, apply equipment costs to jobs, and customize cost categories with the job management feature.

• Job Dashboard: this management tool allows you to see at a glance exactly where you are in each job. You can sort by any of the columns, group the jobs by customer or type, quickly and easily
• Import job budget from Excel: import a wide variety of files to create the job budget without duplicate entries. This saves time, creates an accurate work budget in order to start the job in the right way. The budget will be divided by cost category and by class (labor, material, subcontracting, other and equipment)
• Change orders: correct detection of changes to job specifications can determine whether a project is profitable or not. When you print a customer change order with the software, it is included in the payment application and in the reports showing the contract amount
• Load the equipment costs for the works: you can set each piece of equipment in the article file by specifying the cost per hour or day to be charged when it is used on the works. You can also track equipment repairs, fuel repairs, etc.
• Timely and accurate information for the project manager: the powerful updated reports on job management provide detailed and summary information so that you always know your position at every stage of the work. Numerous formats are available to track actual labor costs versus expected costs or to present information to a customer.
