«Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be too late!» If you are as the White Rabbit, late to send your Easter newsletter, perhaps we can suggest a few tips to make up time. The most important thing is that you do quickly, but you do it well.
You should already know how to write the perfect newsletter: a clear, precise and personal text, one that leaks the tone and personality of the writer (if it’s your private newsletter or the one of your office: it doesn’t matter). It must contain references to your work (links to your products or posts or events that you organize), and it should be readable correctly on any device, from five years old mobile phone to the latest and greatest notebook.
Regarding your content, we can do little to help you know, but with regarding the design of your newsletter, we have a few strings to our bow: here there are some software to create an excellent template to fit into your favorite email marketing service. We suggest some amongst the ones we reviewed.
MailStyler
One of MailStyler strengths is the perfect compatibility with eMailChef, a young e-mail marketing platform. Being developed by the same software house, importing MailStyler’s templates into eMailChef works smoothly, allowing you to build the template you want and then immediately send your newsletter. Other strengths are MailStyler’s library of free to use images, the ability to create code compatible with virtually the entire email client market and a dedicated cloud storage to save the assets you add in your newsletters.
Mail Designer Pro 2
For those who have a Mac, Mail Designer Pro 2 is the perfect fit. You can prepare responsive templates and verify that they are readable on many different devices, from the latest generation of phones to smartwatches. The design is in line with the Apple aesthetic. Mail Designer Pro you can connect with your library of photos and use them for your mailings.
Inkbrush
A free web service, although with limitations: Inkbrush allows you to create a layout and then export it, limiting the free export to two HTML files per month. There’s a rather high code compatibility, according to developers: you can use the file with your favorite email marketing service or software and be sure you will be properly read by your target audience.
