Terrible company! I work in IT support at a pharmacy where we’ve used QS/1’s Point Of Sale and NRX software for over 22 years. I can absolutely say that their software is the most archaic, buggy, inflexible, and user UNFRIENDLY I have ever used. It’s constantly crashing, generating reports is a complicated nightmare, provides no simple method for looking up customer transaction histories. They have made no discernible improvements to it’s design for the 22 years we’ve been using it. Thank you, QS/1, for making us feel like we’re still using MS-DOS.
