APTA Connect by Cedaron Medical is a scalable on-premise practical management solution for rehabilitation medical centers of all sizes. It focuses on practices that provide medical services such as physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational medicine. APTA Connect is based on an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) application that includes procedural workflows, support for tablets and a portal for patients. The planning module allows the user to view the therapist, doctor or clinic’s programs. Automatic alerts are displayed in case of double booking and each type of visit can be color coded. With the software’s image storage system, users can upload and store any type of document or image in a patient’s medical record; x-rays, photos and magnetic resonances.
