• Who did what, where and when: the work log is the first step in completing an in-depth daily report. Enter what happened on the spot, where it happened and any other details that you think at that moment. Use voice-to-text to record notes
• The big picture at a glance: do you need to take notes or write down comments on quality control? There is an entire section dedicated to doing just that
• Time tracking: enter hours for single or entire crews, apply them to cost codes, allocate OT, RT or DT and scroll through the duplicate hours
• Add photos and attachments: allows you to take photos easily while on the construction site. Indicate, take and your photos are automatically attached to the daily report. The photos are displayed with the timestamp, in the right section, and are sent to the dashboard in real time in the office. Same thing for the videos
• Multimedia gallery: photos and videos are immediately organized in a gallery. Search easily by project or date, so you will never lose track of them
• Attachments: all production documents can be attached to the daily report and will always be linked to that project
• Reminders: the solution sends daily reports to the office as soon as they are signed and even automates reminders when a project is late with their compliance
• Branded PDF reports: all these data are organized, formatted and included in a daily report complete with the logo and colors of the brand so that you can show your work and organizational skills to potential customers.
