Atera is an all-in-one solution for managed service providers who need a functional and safe remote control software. Designed primarily for the IT sector, in addition to remote access it also offers features such as time monitoring, expense tracking, billing, customer support, document management and much more. The monitoring and remote management (RMM) feature allows agents to identify and solve an issue before the customer even notices it. Customers can contact the help desk which will open a support ticket and see the status of the resolution of the problem by accessing the customer portal directly. Atera also has a CRM module where customer data, contact info, agreements, contracts and any documents are stores. This data is protected by an encrypted password repository. This software is compatible with the main operating systems (Windows and Mac) and offers a mobile app (iOS and Android).
