Sygma Connect is a CoreTech program useful for controlling the computer remotely. Compatible with the main operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac), it turns out to be a much cheaper and more accessible solution than that offered by TeamViewer. The cost is in fact only € 5 per month per user and gives the possibility to access 3 sessions simultaneously, using the Cloud. Thanks to the connection that connects multiple devices, local and remote, you can actually have full remote control and also offer and receive remote support. It therefore becomes possible to work in a sort of “remote office” remotely from where you are, but being able to communicate and transfer files from one device to another.
